Social Media Dashboard
Probably my biggest accomplishment relating to The Tech museum is the development of our social media presence. I helped create and maintain an extensive social media plan with multiple facebook pages, twitter accounts, and other platforms. Our main twitter has more than 4k followers. Our facebook pages have more than 7k likes combined. We also expanded into tumblr, linkedin, Pintrest, Lockerz, and Google +, with a strong following.
EKG

Group project: Created an Electrocardiogram (ECG also known as a EKG). Created and tested instrumentation amplifier, high-pass filter, low-pass filter, and notch filter necessary to acquire and filter the biometric signal. I was mostly designated to the high-pass filter and labview programming.
Science in the City Entry
Entered the Science in the City contest ran by The Tech Virtual (now known as The Tech Open Source) with this video about why solar panels are tilted and what determines the angle solar panels are set.
Buster Jr.

More art than engineering, I built buster Jr. for the decoration of The Tech Museum tree in Christmas in the Park. Used basic tools such as a drill and dremel to create holes that allowed lights tot be strung up to the top. This allowed the christmas lights to illuminate the fiberoptics on Buster Jr.’s head. Created to be a smaller scale of our current robot, Buster.
Design of a Solar Tracker with a PID Controller
· Programmed the microcontroller, calibrated the sensors and servo motor, and connected the necessary circuits for the solar tracker
· This was a group project which the goal was to create a solar tracker to improve the use of a solar panel. We successfully created a working small scale solar tracker and the report on the project received an “A”.
